Mr. and Mrs. Khoaripe are a husband and wife partnership who epitomize the balance between family and work.  This dynamic duo have committed themselves to utilizing their divine calling to develop and mentor individuals, especially the youth and young adults to become leaders in their respective spheres of influence.

Theirs is not only a story of love and fairy tales but that of sacrifice, separation, reconciliation and reverence for God.  They established Black Iconic Consulting as a medium through which they can utilize their experiences in business and life journeys to equip individuals & organizations to overcome their challenges by prioritizing their unique value prepositions to advance their life’s purpose.
